POSITION OBJECTIVE Responsible for coordinating the day to day business for assigned product categories and Direct Ship Network Vendor operations.
ACCOUNTABILITIESSALES AND PROFIT
Oversee profitability for team’s vendor base
Drive profitable sales for vendor base through management of inventory (quantity and placement) as well as assortment analysis while partnering with merchants to make appropriate adjustments
Partner with e-commerce merchant team to identify viable vendors for the DS program, including profitability reviews and fulfillment strategy decisions
Coordinate onboarding efforts of new vendors between Kohl's, vendor and Commercehub
Evaluate and resolve vendor compliance issues resulting from daily/weekly/monthly service level management analysis
Assist with sales and profitability analysis for existing vendor base and support management in leading quarterly review with Merchants
CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE
Develop strategies within vendor base to increase speed and accuracy to customer while driving down costs
Review and resolve inventory exceptions and compliance chargeback disputes
Problem solve vendor/Kohl's cross-functional issues
Review and resolve order exceptions daily through the Commercehub system
Serve as a communication liaison between Kohl's, vendors, and third party system integrator (Commercehub)

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Strong proficiency with excel
PREFERRED
Bachelor's Degree
Experience in third party omni-channel fulfillment
