　　Job Overview

　　TE Connectivity's IT Project Management Teams lead and direct one or more project teams engaged in the design, implementation, modification and support of IT projects that span across functional organizations. They prepare project execution plans and identify appropriate technical and business resources needed for the team to ensure projects are completed on schedule, within budget and meet technical requirements of the assignment. TE's IT Project Management Teams remain informed about current advances in the IT Field. They also provide program management oversight and guidance to team members. TE's IT Project Management Teams also include IT Analysts, who are responsible for supporting key IT processes, including disaster recovery, business continuity, and IT project management. IT Analysts provide support to our IT Project Management Teams by using their IT skills to implement and support tools and processes needed to meet project management and general IT requirements.

　　Responsibilities:

　　• Defining strategy, governance model and roadmap, leading a global team

　　• Leading global RPA process. Identifying automation needs and discovering, designing and delivering automation projects

　　• Implementing changes across the organization in SSC processes (Order to Cash, Source to Pay, Record to Report)

　　• Acting as a change leader to promote process improvement and process automation across organization, close cooperation with stakeholders and top management

　　• Supporting GBS in building automation strategy

　　• Cooperation with vendors

　　What your background should look like:

　　• Experience in SSC environment in business process modeling

　　• University degree, preferably in Computer Science/ Management/ Project Management

　　• People management experience

　　• Proven track record in successful implementation of automation strategies on a global level of organization

　　• Excellent English skills, both written and spoken

　　• Knowledge of data analytics / reporting

　　• Strong stakeholders' management skills

　　• Experience in international environment

　　• Innovative, conceptual and analytical thinking

　　• Experience in automation of accounting processes

　　• Knowledge of robotic process automation (RPA) concept and possibilities

　　• Project management experience
