Overview
The main purpose of this role is three-fold, and rank in order of importance/preferred ability
1) Ensuring data fidelity within our CANVAS solution by leveraging stakeholder management, proactivity, and data ecosystem expertise
2) Improve team efficiency through automation of reporting
3) Drive CANVAS platform adoption and lead analytic projects with stakeholders to create insights
Responsibilities
• Diagnose and proactively resolve data integrity questions, and QA support across internal and external media tracking tools
• Identify opportunities to develop, test, and deploy data quality process enhancements and develop data controls
• Work with large and complex custom, and syndicated, data sets to identify issues and determine actionable resolutions
• Serve as a counterpart during weekly QA calls with teams to create streamlined solutions
• Develop automated post-campaign analytic reporting
• Work with cross functional teams to fulfill ad-hoc reporting requests
• Manage new user account requests and assist existing users with system access questions
• Drive CANVAS (Pepsi's internal proprietary software) activation for select North America brands - driving adoption, soliciting
feedback, and partnering with CANVAS Solutions to drive the product roadmap
• Lead analytics projects around measurement, tracking, and planning to enhance data quality and usage across our partners
• Leverage live digital media campaign tracking tools to monitor and diagnose brand business issues and identify information needs
• Serve as a counterpart during weekly QA calls with teams to create streamlined solutions
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree Required, Advanced Degrees welcome
• 2+ years of relevant experience working with data ecosystems
• Preference for digital/media background
• Agency background preferred
• Data visualization experience with Excel required; experience in Datorama, Tableau, or similar a plus
• Strong problem-solving skills (e.g., analytical, quantitative and conceptual thinking) required
• Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work with large and complex data as well as experience with tools accessing and manipulating data.
• Proven oral and written communication in English
• Ability to work as a key member of cross functional project teams
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines
• Experience working with and optimizing within large data ecosystems
