　　8+ years of project management, leading large programs, product management experience Ability to unify teams with varied strengths and utilize outstanding influencing skills while collaboratively working towards results. High energy, with ability to prioritize multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Outstanding communication and presentation skills, written and verbal, to all levels of an organization Results oriented, highly motivated and able to work under minimal supervision in a cross-functional environment at detailed levels whilst taking account of interdependencies at higher levels. Ability to effectively influence partners, push projects and programs forward.

　　Manage program roadmap, requirements, scope, schedules, and deliverables with engineering teams, partners, and stakeholders. Guide and enable the team to understand technical issues and drive them to closure by bringing together key partners for facilitating decision-making. Develop and drive end-to-end project plans and ensure on-time delivery Communicate overall program status, drive collaboration across multiple engineering teams Conduct Risk management and change management on projects and highlight top issues and escalations to the project core team along with senior leadership

　　At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $160,700 and $282,500, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
