Your mission:
In this role you will drive accelerated growth and market share in eGrocery, surpassing offline sales performance. This involves cultivating and managing online customer relationships, forging strategic partnerships with retailers, and conducting thorough operational due diligence to identify and address issues in the end-to-end sales flow. Additionally, you will proactively evaluate new eCommerce opportunities, optimizing product performance on partner platforms, and championing digital transformation through effective communication within the organization.
Responsibilities
Your day to day with us:
Drive exponential growth and market share in the eGrocery sector, outpacing traditional offline sales through innovative strategies and dynamic initiatives.Cultivate and own online/digital customer relationships, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor. Develop strategic partnerships with retailers, with a vision for these connections to evolve into long-term, mutually beneficial alliances.Conduct meticulous operational due diligence on retail partners, ensuring a seamless end-to-end sales flow. Identify issues and risks, collaborating with internal and external partners to mitigate challenges effectively.Monitor and provide strategic advice on PepsiCo product performance on partner platforms, identifying cross-selling and upselling opportunities to enhance overall product visibility and sales.Lead the assessment of new eCommerce opportunities within retail partners, crafting compelling online Joint Business Plans that establish credibility and drive mutual success.Actively seek and capitalize on opportunities for incremental profitable growth. Collaborate closely with internal resources to optimize the presence and performance of PepsiCo products on retailer platforms.Maintain scorecards and consistent KPIs, delivering detailed insights into sales and media performance. Summarize findings in scorecards for easy comparisons and actionable insights.Lead eCommerce Test & Learn initiatives aligned with joint priorities, paving the way for future growth as outlined in Joint Business Plans.
Qualifications
What will you need to succeed?
3-5 years of experience in Sales or Marketing in the CPG industryProven experience and a track record of exceptional sales performance within a B2C or B2B environment (preferably retail or ecommerce)Excellent communication skills in both Spanish and English language - engage and influence multiple stakeholders to build strong working relationships internally and externallyProactive approach - drive online sales and customer engagement whilst taking others with youAnalytical skills - create robust analysis and meaningful insights to drive actions and highlight opportunities Inspire others - ability to engage broad range of stakeholders both through compilation of compelling and persuasive presentations and ability to deliver.Preference for experience in running an eCommerce business and driving the overall strategy; ideally covering on site trading, acquisition marketing, UX optimisation and technical
