ROLE AND DEPARTMENT
As our Regional Digital Marketing Executive, you are responsible for Digital Shelf health, Social Media & Commerce, Advocacy & IM, Digital Media.
You are a core member of the regional eCommerce & CRM team which mission is to grow COTY Southeast Asia & India digital & eCommerce ecosystem. You have a deep understanding of social & e-commerce platforms and trends in SEA and will be responsible for developing and executing consumer centric strategies & content that engage our brands target audience to drive brands share of voice with a performance-led mindset.
You will report to the Regional Digital Marketing Manager and you will work closely together with several departments such as Global Brand and Digital teams and Local Marketing teams. All your colleagues are supportive and collaborative. Working in the team, you will receive tremendous support and collaboration.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Portfolio
Market includes: Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand & Distributor markets (India, Vietnam, Philippines, Indonesia, etc.) Division includes: Luxury & Consumer Beauty consists of fragrances, skincare, makeup, nail care and body car e
Digital Marketing for key e-retailers (Sephora, Nykaa, COL, etc.)
Ensure best shelf health by monitoring & providing toolkits to improve our digital shelf score though Content (develop regional toolkits & performance monitoring dashboard for local markets' on time implementation, monitor & optimize content performance, work closely with the Ecommerce Content producer & global brand digital teams), share of voice (increase our visibility by co-creating & implementing exclusive regional activations and campaigns for key retailers, work in collaboration with local markets and e-retailers) & ratings & reviews (implement tools & campaigns to improve R&R score).
Social Media & Social Commerce (Meta, TikTok, Line, etc)
Build social calendar & content plan (focus skincare & make up brands), monitor & optimize performance in close collaboration with country teams, global teams & agencies to ensure alignment of messaging and campaigns across various channels. Drive new initiatives with up-to-date knowledge on the latest social media trends, monitor competitor activities and industry developments in SEA markets. Analyse and report on social media metrics, tracking KPIs and leveraging insights to improve strategies for continuous improvement. Social commerce project management (TikTok shop, Line shopping, etc.).
Advocacy & Influence, Livestream
Help develop & implement the advocacy and influence strategy by providing social listening insights & guidance on identifying, recruiting & sustaining influencers, ensuring alignment with brands requirements and campaigns objectives. Effective tracking of ROAS & KPIs to improve Earned Media across brands. Partner with local marketing teams to drive best practices of leveraging influencers as part of the social content ecosystem.
Digital Media
Help prepare digital media guidelines for markets, measure and optimize performance. Track & follow the budget, including operations (PO, accruals, etc.).
REQUIREMENTS
Degree in Digital Marketing, Business, E-commerce, Marketing, Communications, or other relevant field. 2+ years of relevant experience in digital & social media marketing with a track record of success in driving awareness, traffic & revenue growth preferably in a multi-brand matrixed environment. Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights. Creative, innovative thinker. Detail-oriented, ensuring high-quality content production. Passionate with building audience through consumer centric relevant content, scaling brand & influencer engagement. Excellent project management and communication skills, especially working with multiple stakeholders. Possesses cross-cultural awareness and high emotional intelligence.
