Northrop Grumman's Space Systems sector is seeking DevStar Lead Director 1 in our Strategic Deterrent Systems (SDS) Division. This position will be located in Roy, Utah and will support the Sentinel program.
Sentinel's software development has a uniquely broad scope spanning flight software, ground control software, and test software with extremely stressing mission assurance and cybersecurity requirements. This development is occurring across multiple national specialty sites and includes Government developers and testers. Orchestrating software development across segments and geographical locations will require attention to detail, vision and innovation to ensure that the software capabilities are developed and integrated as detailed by the Integrated Functional Capability (IFC). Additionally, the DevStar Lead would ensure that tools needed to support Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) are leveraged.

Salary Range: $176,200 - $264,400
The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
