Responsibilities
Contribute to and drive the GBS brand and engagement strategy, including:Help establish key GBS avenues of storytelling through certain channels, using creativity and connections to populate content on a steady basisIdentify and develop stories that demonstrate positive results and the value delivered by GBS through sector and function relatoinships. Collaborate with GBS communications network comprised of sector and location communications leads to deliver consistent messaging and information about GBS and identify opportunities to position GBS across the organization.Lead,maintain momentum, and promote GBS internal communications forums including GBS leaders network meetings, town halls and GBS Awards. Drive external brand initiatives including relevant awards, speaking engagements, employer brand efforts in partnership with HR, etc. to position PepsiCo's GBS iniative in the best light externally and attract the best talent.Partner with GBS stakeholders (i.e. functions' leads) to develop and/or support delivery of communications key messages and plans.Act as a liaison of Global Communications guidelines and best practices to the Communications leads at GBS locationsPartner with GBS Global Communications lead and Global Corporate Communications on GBS reputation and issues management.Track Communications' key metrics.Manage GBS Communications Delivery team.
Qualifications
University degree required.10+ years internal communications experience with proven success managing internal communications and/or complex transformation or change initiatives. Fluency in English, spoken and written, along with strong writing skills. Familiarity with AP Style is an asset. Familiarity with Axios HQ and Smart Brevity is an asset.Skilled at creating effective messaging and content that drives opinion and behavior change.Motivated self-starter with ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and make decisions independently.Outstanding interpersonal and influencing skills with professional presence around senior executives.High skilled at stakeholder relations.Creative thinker and multi-media savvy.Strong project management skills; track record of overseeing a portfolio of communications projects, gained similar global corporation or as an external consultant.Experience at managing multi-country / multi-functional projects. Ability to work within a matrixed organization and with matrixed PMO programs.Flexibility to adapt and shift course in a changing business environment.Experience working in a multi-cultural environment across multiple geographies and time zones.Experience in managing agency resources and budgets.Understanding of global shared services operations is an asset.
