The Advisory PPMD Talent team collaborates with business leaders to grow, develop, assess, and guide the career paths of our Partners, Principals and Managing Directors ("PPMDs") and provides strategic direction in an objective, unbiased manner for talent-related matters.

The Enabling Manager is responsible for driving and supporting the execution of the Deloitte Advisory PPMD Talent Matters strategic priorities. As part of the Advisory PPMD organization, the Enabling Manager is responsible for developing work products that advance the realization of people-related opportunities and solve complex people-related challenges. The Enabling Manager will lead as well as support projects and processes that span PPMD talent and inclusion strategy, process, operations, and strategic and/or technology transformation, change management, strategic communications, and project management. A high degree of flexibility and ability to handle ambiguity, changing priorities, and confidential information will be required. In addition, the Enabling Manager would work closely with business leaders and leadership from across the firm to continue to transform and enable agile processes that is aligned with the firm's talent and other strategic goals.

Position Reports to: Advisory PPMD Matters Talent Leader
Key responsibilities include:
Goal Setting and Peering Develop, plan and execute Advisory's goal setting and peering processes for our PPMDs on an annual basis Help guide PPMDs through the goal setting and peering processes through creating communications and content for webcasts Partner with Firm PPMD Talent to ensure that Advisory's goal setting and peering process is aligned to their strategy and adheres to their timeline Partner unit allocation and Managing Director Compensation process Manage Advisory's annual unit allocation and compensation processes for our PPMDs. Partner with the offering portfolio and industry leaders and to help plan and deliver a seamless experience Partner with Firm PPMD Talent to ensure that Advisory's annual unit allocation and compensation process is aligned to their strategy and adheres to their timeline Partner with Executive Compensation team on annual Managing Director external compensation benchmarking Elevate Act as a subject matter expert on Elevate, our in-house performance management system used to manage goals, feedback, assessments, peering and earnings allocations/compensation for PPMDs Collaborate across Advisory users to understand business needs and translate these into enhancement requests from ITS Administrative and Reporting Manage, analyze, and report PPMD headcount data on a period and ad hoc basis Lead the strategy and execution of strategic priorities/projects including in conjunction with Firm PPMD Talent Prepare executive level deliverables for the Advisory Executive Committee and Management Committee Lead the preparation of meeting agendas and materials for various leadership meetings Lead and coach team members and/or rotational support resources on specific tasks Lead and oversee the production of quality deliverables in a timely manner Support the efforts of other Advisory PPMD Talent workstreams as needed, including managing investigations, counteroffers, annual planning, etc.
In addition, the Enabling Talent Manager will help with projects that span PPMD talent and inclusion strategy, process, operations, and strategic and/or technology transformation, change management, strategic communications, and project management.

The Advisory PPMD Talent team helps to define and enable the business strategy around improving our ability to attract, develop, retain and advance top PPMD talent for our future.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree required Strong analytical, research and problem solving skills Professional, service minded attitude and executive demeanor; responsive Maturity and professionalism to interact with senior stakeholders; need to be able to manage confidential data and have good judgment with sensitive matters Having a servant leadership mentality - we are here to help and enable our PPMD's success Strong project management skills Ability to multitask effectively while working in a deadline-oriented environment; ability to prioritize and follow through Must be proactive and see what is coming Focused on quality of work balancing with ability and speed to execute Strategic mindset - ability to understand the 'why' and not just a process Have a willingness to tackle both strategic and operational priorities and initiatives Comfortable navigating ambiguity, adapting to emerging priorities and self-managing in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment Deliverable development including requirements gathering, analysis, storyboarding; excellent oral and written communication skills, including executive level presentation skills Work both independently and collaboratively with a team; ability to team and have a teaming mindset. Passionate and enthusiastic about the mission of Talent and PPMD Talent, and achieving measurable impacts Comfortable thinking in the "white space" Preferred understanding of strategy-oriented frameworks including the strategic choice cascade, persona development, design thinking, etc. and comfort with training team members on these framework Ability to lead a team, promote an inclusive environment, focus on the development of team members Demonstrated ability to effectively influence outcomes and elevate issues to appropriate levels Strong relationship-building, collaboration, and influencing skills needed to counsel and work effectively with senior leaders and executives Understanding of the Deloitte culture and operating model preferred

Location: Open; including ability to work remotely
Travel: Occasional 2 to 4 times a year to support offsite meetings and 1 to 2 team meetings per year
The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $97,900- $181900
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
