　　The Role

　　The Delivery Manager ensures the success of teams and delivery for customers. Support cross-functional teams by empowering teams on methods, tools, and approaches. Eliminate impediments and obstacles to drive the success of high-priority initiatives.

　　Where you'll work

　　This is a hybrid role in Austin, TX and requires in-office collaboration 2 times per week.

　　What you'll be doing

　　Management of all activities relating to the implementation and delivery of new products, enhancements pertaining to operational-related issues, and streamlining of processes to improve productivityIdentifies and works to resolve impediments earlyManagement and tracking of cross-team and portfolio dependenciesFollows and manages high-integrity commitments across departmentsProvides visibility and effectively communicates delivery targets, commitments, progress, and success.Empowers organizations and teams with force-multiplication powers with best practices, tools, methods, and coaching.Encourages a culture of collaborative, outcome-based decision-makingEnsures product and development teams have access to quantitative insights and data to inform product decisions

　　What you'll need

　　Minimum 2 years of experience as a product delivery manager, agile product manager, or similar.Experience with SaaS or large-scale software systems and how they are developed, designed, built, tested, and releasedStrong written and verbal communication skills to lead through influence and work with stakeholders.Passionate about supporting high-performing teams and challenging yourself and others to learn and improve constantly.Enjoys working in a dual-track agile environment and has experience with agile development methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.
