  Drives technology product delivery & integration across platforms, trains, domains and lines of business. Resolves or raises impediments, manages risk, and promotes committed improvement throughout Technology. Communicates and drives strategic technology product objectives & roadmaps at scale.

  Responsible for Large solution events across the ARTS Technology market product delivery events, alignment with partners, including agile ceremonies. Drives all Technology activities through production release. Focuses on program (i.e. Epic level) execution and cross platform product delivery (broader than train and trains of trains within platform, End to End also recognized as E2E).

  Key Responsibilities Facilitate and Leads Program Execution

  Drives program / cross platform / trains of trains product delivery demonstrating servant leadership coupled with technical expertise across domains and the corresponding business domain knowledge

  Entire lifecycle from initiation to delivery:- Partners with LPM, Product and Engineering owners for early engagement and prioritization process.- Drives Pre-Program Increment (PI) planning meetings with leadership, product management, delivery teams and Business Partners.- Cross Platform Integrated Release Planning and status reporting- E2E Test Management (test data set up, test plan creation, reporting on testing status, etc.)

  Partner in the Delivery, Solutioning and Refinement processes to ensure product readiness.

  Ensures dependency alignment for the teams & trains across organization &external partners (where applicable)

  Partners with Product Managers, Product Owners, New Product Development, Business Partners and Architects to help assure strategy, vision and road map alignment and execution (initiative and epic specific).

  Ensures value is achieved by the program/technology product delivery on behalf of end users.

  Assist with prioritization via experience regarding cross platform technology delivery and using methodologies such as economic decision making.

  Collaborates with Delivery Managers, Release Train Engineers (RTEs) and TPMs to identify and coordinate cross-platforms dependencies

  Create data-driven insights into the delivery and execution of the program through the use of relevant portfolio, program and team level metrics.

  Manages impediments, risks, dependencies and resourcing needs across stakeholders and senior leadership as appropriate.

  Support and encourage innovation through continuous exploration.

  Aggregates and drives End-to-End Program Increment (PI) objectives into Epic/Cross-Train Release objectives to ensure successful delivery.

  Identify and manage gaps, issues, risks, and opportunities across Agile teams and trains.

  Track and measure capability and epic execution

  Manages external relationships, e.g. product partners or technology vendors onbehalf of Technology organization (where appropriate).

  Technical Skills

  Inform or co-develop architecture and process flows to ensure end to end technology product solutions

  Understand the program’s technical platforms and applications

  Execute solution technical alignment discussions . Bridges the gap between product teams

  Leadership and Coaching

  Coach leaders, teams in technology and product management in Lean-Agile practices and mindsets

  Live the Agile and SAFe Values & Principles

  Encourage diversity of thought and demonstrate an open mindset

  Foster a culture of trust and leadership in others

  Champion a learning culture to drive continuous improvements and standardization

  Respectfully and purposefully challenge the status quo

  Inspires collaboration and quality practices between system architects & Agile teams and product teams

  Guidance to ensure the timely identification and prioritization of technical infrastructure to support implementation of priority features and enablers e.g.Architectural Runway

  Ensures compliance with SDLC standards across the program

  Ensures data integrity for the program within the Agile Management tools

  Influence without authority through effective change and leadership management

  Scope of Impact/Influence

  Works in partnership with Product Management and Owners, ARTs and extended Technology teams, third parties and vendors to create, sequence, plan and deliver the program backlog

  Coaches and mentors teams to adopt the AET SDLC process, Agile values, principles and practices, and actively inspire teams to reflect upon and improvetheir value delivery capacity

  Champion technology product delivery in alignment with Technology strategy with enterprise mindset and global solutioning

  Minimum Qualifications

  3 years of Scrum Master experience

  7 years relevant Program and/or Project Management experience

  Preferred Qualifications

  Experience with design and coding across one or more platforms and languages is ideal

  Experience facilitating Agile, Scrum, or other rapid application development teams to deliver solutions

  Current/active PMI-ACP, PMP, SPC or SA certification a plus

  Additional Agile certifications a plus
