The Finance Division reports to the Chief Financial Officer and consists of some 3,000 employees worldwide. Finance protects the Morgan Stanley franchise by serving as guardian of the Firm's books and records and by contributing to Firm wide risk management and risk reduction. This division maintains relationships with Morgan Stanley's various industry and government regulators and serves as the conduit of financial information to the outside investment community. Finance plays a critical role as advisor to Morgan Stanley's various businesses and its senior management team.
Regulatory Controllers is a global team operating within the Finance department and are responsible for the production, monitoring and reporting of regulatory capital information. The team in Frankfurt works closely with the London, Glasgow, Budapest and Mumbai offices.

What will you be doing?
Work on topics related to Own capital reporting and monitoring for MSEHSE based legal entities Pillar 1 capital calculations, and regulatory returns including monitoring of controls to ensure provision of accurate capital metrics to key stakeholders, governance forums, regulators and publicly disclosed Pillar 3 information.Conducting the production of daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual capital reporting, analytics and monitoring with oversight over supporting functions in Budapest and Mumbai and interact across different departments and regions including Finance, Technology and Operations within Frankfurt, London, Glasgow, New York and MumbaiEnsure timely execution of ad hoc deliverables in response to regulator requestsPreparation of internal reports and disclosures to support effective management decision making
QUALIFICATIONS
What we're looking for:
University degree level at least 4 years of relevant working experience Detailed knowledge across European regulations and regulators and experience in implementing strategic regulatory projects.Strong knowledge of financial services regulation and public policy context and demonstrated experience with EU regulatory policy issuesStrong ownership and proactive mindset and entrepreneurial spirit
