The Opportunity:
Provides support to the facility by coordinating and executing operational training efforts as well as a variety of administrative related activities.
The essential duties and responsibilities for the Training Coordinator position include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Training Responsibilities
Gives day to day direction to facility trainers and ensures trainer readinessResponsible for ensuring training programs are properly and consistently executed in respective facilityResponsible for determining training needs for facility and working with the Training Supervisor to develop new training programsImplements program changes by the Training SupervisorEnsures training documents are current and updated with location specific informationDevelop and maintain relationship with staffing agenciesPlaces orders with staffing agencies for contingent workers, communicates release of work force, and tracks DNR’s (do not returns).Plans training schedules and ensures trainer coverageTracks contingent worker headcount to manpower planMaintain training documents for audit purposes Other Responsibilities
Retrieve information from Price Ticketing & Amazon databaseCoordinate move of prep productIdentify, prep, and print paperwork, instructions, and labelsCompile promo month end reportingServe as a liaison for VAS & OpsAbility to attend work regularly and on a timely mannerAble to perform work with accuracyAbility to operate a computer with Microsoft Office software and a learn a various programsOther responsibilities and tasks as assigned by your manager or supervisor

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or 1-2 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
Able to collaborate with management, staff, customers, vendors, and corporate partners.Strong writing skills. Able to write reports and correspondences.Strong reading skills. Able to read and interpret documents such as shipping documents, bills of lading, reports, inventory documentsAbility to follow instructionsStrong oral communication skills. Able to speak effectively before staff, management customers, vendors, and other corporate partnersAble to analyses and interpret reports, graphs, and other dataStrong and accurate data entry skillsExperience working in a warehouse or logistics environment preferred The base hourly rate for this position is between $22.50 and $24.75.
**This range is indicative of projected hiring range, however base hourly rate will be determined based on a candidate’s work location, skills and experience.
