Work you'll do
• Provide specialized data support for client-wide programs, including overall data program management
• Create solutions for Power BI access, development and implementation
• Handle API product management and testing, user training coordination
• Perform critical data analysis, business analysis and data engineering
• Support client initiatives in a fast-paced, team environment
• Demonstrate leadership skills through strong judgment, problem-solving and decision making abilities.
• Develop contract deliverables using the following tools: word processing, spreadsheet, presentation creation tools, Internet research tools
• Effectively prioritize workload to meet deadlines and work objectives
• Exercise mature judgement, and strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills

The Workforce Transformation (WFT) offering helps clients consider how work, workforces and workplaces need to be reimagined in the service of future business strategy. We collaborate with clients to evaluate the nature of work, how the composition of the workforce will evolve to meet business needs, and how to activate next generation leaders, learning, skills, and incentives for the future.
Qualifications
Required:
• Bachelor's degree
• 2 years of experience using Power BI to develop interactive data visualizations (e.g. charts, graphs)
• 2 years of experience using M and DAX languages to build Power BI models
• 2 years of experience establishing user access to Power BI, including establishing row-level security
• 2 years of experience advising organizations on large-scale Power BI implementations
• 2 years of experience establishing and contributing to Power BI user communities or other forums to share modern approaches and build the Power BI capacity of organizations
• 2 years of experience engaging with Microsoft and other Power BI experts or organizations to stay up-do-date on Power BI releases
• 2 years of experience with performance optimization for Power BI reports.
Preferred:
• 4 years of experience advising organizations on large-scale Power BI implementations
• 2 years of experience working in an Agile environment - working as a part of teams to iteratively develop and deliver data products
• Active Agile certification (e.g. Certified ScrumMaster, Certified Scrum Product Owner, Certified Scrum Developer, Certified Agile Leadership, Certified Agile Coach, Scrum with Kanban, SAFe Agile)
