Your role
As a Data Management Specialist, you will support Workday and/or SAP processes that include employee record management, updating the databases, reporting, quality measurements, and monitoring upstream/downstream integrations. This role cooperates with internal and external stakeholders in alignment with the global operating model and ensuring compliance and internal controls. Position utilizes technical expertise and systems and process experience to deliver best class service with the main focus on process improvements and efficiency.
Responsibilities:
• Manage and support key HR processes in Workday/SAP system (employee lifecycle processes, HR reporting, process accuracy, data quality, documentation management)
• Handle HR documentation
• Administer data quality reports and act on errors’ correction
• Actively looking for continuous improvement ideas and running some of the initiatives towards process improvements and automation
• Keep process documentation up-to-date
• Take accountability for compliance with defined HR processes and relevant Abbvie policies
• Cooperate closely with internal and external stakeholders (i.e. Business HR, Benefits, Total Rewards, Finance and other) to constantly improve the service quality and efficiency
• Deliver system and process training to new joiners
• Respond to internal AbbVie stakeholders (BHR /Talent Acquisition/Total Rewards) regarding questions or issues they have raised around Workday processing data and/or HR reporting
• Cooperate actively and closely with colleagues from other Teams for outstanding service delivery.
Qualifications:
• Solid knowledge and expertise of HR systems - Workday and/or SAP is an advantage
• Fluent French
• Strong orientation to details
• Technical expertise on HR processes and understanding process dependencies
• A work ethic based on a strong desire to exceed expectations
• Strong written and oral communication skills, in English, and other languages as required
• Customer orientation and ability to adapt to the changing environment quickly
• Ability to prioritize multiplate requests
• Continuous improvement mindset
• Experience in project management considered as an asset
• Problem-solving skills, with an ability to anticipate needs and solve problems proactively.
