This senior individual contributor role involvessupporting our Dynamics CRM system, constructing BI dashboards, andmanaging data processes. The ideal candidate will have strong SQL skillsand experience in building business intelligence tools. What You Get ToDo Provide ongoing support and development for our Dynamics CRM system,ensuring optimal performance and alignment with business processes.Design and build business intelligence dashboards, catering to bothfinancial and executive-level needs. Work closely with stakeholders togather requirements and deliver insightful analytics. Assist insupporting QuoteWerks quoting tool, ERP system, and other internalapplications. Write complex SQL statements for data manipulation andanalysis. Ensures data accuracy and integrity across different businessfunctions. Manage individual projects related to data engineering,ensuring timely and efficient delivery of objectives. Work closely withvarious departments to understand their data needs and translate theseinto effective data solutions. May perform other duties as assigned.***** OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: What We Need From YouBachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, InformationTechnology, or a related field. Minimum 5 years proven experience indata engineering, including experience with Dynamics CRM and BIdashboard development. Strong proficiency in SQL and experience withdata visualization tools. Demonstrated ability to take complexrequirements and create clear, efficient, and effective data solutions.Solid understanding of database management, data warehousing, and ETLprocesses. Familiarity with cloud computing services and big datatechnologies is a plus. Detail-oriented with strong analytical andproblem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonalabilities, capable of effectively gathering requirements and presentingdata insights.
