Seeking Cyber Security Third Party Risk Analyst to assist Supply Chain teams understand policy and compliance objectives which help to identify and mitigate cyber risk in contracting with suppliers. The resource will assist in the administration and review of supplier assessment in completing risk identification. Day-to-day tasks will be coupled with special projects around shaping the program for the benefit of organizations we serve as well as internal process improvement initiatives. The selected candidate will be a Security and Controls Professional responsible ensuring assessment results identify IT Controls that are appropriate based on risk for global suppliers.
RESPONSIBILITIES
What you'll be able to do:
Ensure that the assessments have been completed appropriately and ensure that the controls are in place to mitigate the suppliers' inherent cyber risks Provide guidance on appropriateness of supplier compensating controls Consulting with suppliers and Purchasing partners on Security and Controls Process. Facilitating communications with Purchasing to confirm controls information Facilitating communications with Suppliers in identifying, documenting and reviewing IT controls Provide metrics and status to management regarding compliance with assessment requirements
QUALIFICATIONS
The minimum requirements we seek:
1-3 years of Security and Controls, IT audit, or equivalent experience Knowledge of IT Security and compensating controls. Excellent verbal and written communication. Customer Relationship Management skills Self-Starter who can work in ambiguous situations and drive to a solution. Strong organizational skills; able to advance multiple work streams concurrently
Our preferred requirements:
Infrastructure Engineering and/or Support experience Project Management support Knowledge of Application Development Lifecycle Familiar with Ford processes, procedures, and organization.
