Dematic Corp. has an immediate need in the Salt Lake City, Utah facility for a Customer Service Repair Coordinator. The successful candidate will work with a cross-functional team that provides world-class industrial parts repair services for our valued customers. In this role you will be involved in several aspects of our parts repair business such as working with customers on the phone and email, processing return authorizations, unboxing shipments, inspection, part identification, data entry, and continuous improvement activities. You will work with others on the team to ensure that we maintain high quality, quick repair turnarounds, and a great experience for our customers.

The base pay range for this role is estimated to be $24.00 to $38.50 an hour at the time of posting. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as work location, education, experience, knowledge, and skills.
Tasks and Qualifications:
This Is What You Will Do In This Role:Processing semi-complex requests for customers via email and phone.Unboxing, identifying, and documenting parts received from customers and 3rd party repair vendors.Assists with department support processes such as safety, quality, and inventory.Updates database to ensure proper documentation of repairs being processed.Performs important areas of standard professional level work that typically requires processing and interpreting, more complex, less clearly-defined issues.Refers complex, unusual problems to others.Identifies and resolves readily identifiable, clearly-defined problems.May provide general guidance or train less experienced support staff.This is What We Are Looking For:Minimum of 2 years' experience in a Customer Service role.Customer service oriented with strong verbal and written communication skills.Technical knowledge or possess the ability to learn new technical concepts quickly.Ability to multi-task, prioritize, manage time effectively and work in a fast-paced environment.Ability to work well independently as well as with a team.High school diploma required.Some positions in the U.S. may require vaccination against COVID-19.
