ONBOARDING ANALYST

Our environment is a mix of Windows and Linux machines that reside on-premise and in the cloud. It is crucial that all work is performed under strict adherence to PCI DSS requirements, and our environment is required to be available 24x7.
Who You Are:
Under the direct supervision of the Onboarding Team Manager, Onboarding Analysts are responsible for CIP/KYC verification of small to medium sized business customers. This includes using 3rd party web verification sources to verify supplied business information/documents to ensure that internal policy and procedures, as well as regulatory requirements, are met. Responsibilities include but are not limited to promptly processing new customer applications, troubleshooting issues in real time, and collaborating with our Sales and Compliance Teams to streamline our onboarding procedures.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
Conducts research via online tools to identify applicant entity and beneficial owners
Initiates communication with onboarding entities via phone and email to gather missing information to complete business, association and personal/representative scores
Manages data for onboarded clients in Salesforce, ensuring all communications are logged, information is accurate, and documents are attached
Identify potential KYC concerns and escalate to compliance manager during the onboarding and ongoing review process
Accurately risk assess new and existing clients, resolving issues where appropriate
Undertake renewal due diligence on existing clients to ensure identification of changes in risk profile
Perform weekly audits of onboarded entities to track and improve team accuracy
Assists in the development and improvement of policies and procedures for the team
Maintains user confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential
Other related administrative responsibilities as needed
REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATION
● 1-2 years of relevant client onboarding experience
Strong written and verbal skills
● Well organized and good at multitasking
● Understanding of US Patriot Act, BSA/AML requirements
● Ability to develop effective working relationships in a cross-functional environment
● PC proficiency, able to learn new online tools quickly
