JOB SUMMARY
The Customer Contract & Pricing Specialist (CCPS) is playing a key role in the Contract & Pricing team within the Integrated Operations team. With an annual invoiced amount exceeding 2 billion €, the importance of accurate pricing is paramount.
The Customer Contract & Pricing Specialist will safeguard that the invoicing for his/her scope of customers will run smoothly and will intervene when needed to prevent or solve customer claims and, most importantly, continuously look for ways to improve the process.
On the other hand, the CCPS will ensure that the off-invoice accruals are in line with Unilever's engagements and ensures that potential risks/opportunities are fully transparent.
The Customer Contract & Pricing Specialist will act as the First Point of Contact for all pricing related questions whether they are coming from internal stakeholders, partners (IBM, GenPact) or from internal/external auditors.
The CCPS role currently open will focus on a specific set of such as Kruidvat, Di and Hard Discounters. The specific customer portfolio can be subject to change (eg language)
WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE?First Point of Contact for Pricing:Process customer invoices (Bill Back) and draft Credit Notes to customersPerform price checks (exception based) to ensure that prices are consistentPerform Bonus CalculationsPerform rebate changes & settlementsPropose improvements to the processAssist in CBD meetings where neededDeal TrackEvaluate customer performance vs the contractually agreed counterpartsPropose corrective action based on above analysisFormulate advice as input for annual nego processOverdueAssist IBM and Customer Business Development Teams to reduce/avoid OverdueProvide clear status report to Sales teams and Order to Cash stakeholders Finance & Supply ChainWorking Capital forecasting for your customersAudit / SOXProvide the required input during financial & SOX auditsTake ownership of remarks formulated during audits and propose corrective actionPromoAssure correct entry of promo rebates based on input in Visual Fabriq.KEY REQUIREMENTS
