What You Will Do
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic leader to join our team as the Director of Customer Experience. As the custodian of our customer-centric philosophy, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing customer satisfaction, loyalty, and overall brand advocacy. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of customer journeys, exceptional communication skills, and a proven track record of implementing successful customer experience initiatives.
Customer Usability:Drive seamless coordination across user experience, customer research, documentation, and training to create a holistic approach that ensures our products are optimally utilized.Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and behaviors, integrating insights into product development, user interface design, and customer support strategies.Prioritize usability at every stage, championing a customer-centric mindset that permeates all aspects of our products and services.Establish and maintain comprehensive documentation and training programs, empowering both internal teams, partners, and end-users to leverage our products to their fullest extent.Collaborate cross-functionally to align customer value, business viability, and technical feasibility with customer experience usability, fostering a culture that values and prioritizes user satisfaction.Strategic Leadership:Develop and implement a comprehensive customer experience strategy aligned with the organization's goals and values.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a consistent and seamless customer journey across all touchpoints.Team Management:Lead and inspire a high-performing team responsible for customer support, engagement, and satisfaction.Foster a customer-centric culture, providing guidance, mentorship, and training to team members.Customer Insights and Analysis:Utilize customer feedback, surveys, and data analytics to gain insights into customer behavior and preferences.Identify areas for improvement and proactively address pain points in the customer journey.Technology Integration:Stay abreast of emerging technologies and tools to enhance the customer experience.Collaborate cross-functionally to implement intuitive tooling/automation strategies to improve business process for serving the customer.Communication and Advocacy:Serve as the voice of the customer within the organization, advocating for their needs and expectations.Effectively communicate customer experience initiatives and achievements to internal stakeholders.Quality Assurance:Establish and maintain quality standards for customer interactions, ensuring consistency and excellence in service delivery.Implement and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and improve customer satisfaction.Cross-Functional Collaboration:Work closely with marketing, sales, product development, and other departments to align customer experience efforts with overall business objectives.Collaborate on initiatives to enhance product features and services based on customer feedback.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).Proven experience in a senior-level customer experience role.Strong leadership skills with a track record of building and managing high-performing teams.Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.In-depth knowledge of customer experience best practices and industry trends.Ability to think strategically while also paying attention to operational details.Benefits:Competitive salary and bonus structure.Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance.401(k) retirement plan with employer matching.Professional development opportunities.Collaborative and inclusive work environment.If you are a passionate advocate for customer satisfaction, possess strategic leadership skills, and are excited about shaping the customer experience for our organization, we invite you to apply for the position of Director of Customer Experience. Our division develops machine control products that use site design information combined with positioning technology to semi-automatically control machines. These products are used in a range of applications to enable a machine operator to perform their work safely, accurately, efficiently, sustainably, and effectively through the use of sophisticated yet intuitive user-centric technology.
