JOB REQUIREMENTS: Overview: The Creative Services Coordinator isresponsible to write radio scripts that comply with both FCC andministry guidelines to support our business sponsors and internaldepartments along with some recording work and possible on-air duties tohelp fulfill the vision and mission of The Family. Is expected to be actively involved in a localchurch. Primary Responsibilities: Radio non-commercial script writingthat fits within FCC and ministry compliance guidelines. Develop andmaintain a thorough knowledge and understanding of TFRN UnderwritingCompliance Manual to help guide non-commercial script writing.Communitcate with Account Executives to gain information needed to writeradio scripts. Assists and supports the sales team with continuity andtraffic items. Develop and maintain a thorough working knowledge ofproper aspects of Radio Workflow traffic software. Ability to voice andproduce radio announcements, as needed. Position may include a live orvoice-tracked air shift depending on prior radio announcing experienceas determined and evaluated by the Program Director. Recording work, asneeded. Administrative support to sales team, as needed. Attendscheduled staff meetings. Attend promotional events, as needed. Assistswith on-air fundraisers, as needed. All other duties as assigned.Requirements: Has a personal relationship with Jesus Christ, isspiritually grounded, and knowledgeable of the Bible. Passionate aboutthe station, the vision and mission of The Family. Excellent written andverbal communication skills. Strong creative thinking skills and abilityto think conceptually. Excellent listening skills. Ability to workindependently and be self-motivated. Ability to work well within a team.Must be a good fit with the station. Maintain confidentiality in allaspects of listener, client, staff, and ministry information. Problemsolving mentality who offers solutions that fit within ministryguidelines. Strategic thinker with ability to manage multiple projectsat the same time and assess outcomes. Emotionally intelligent and caninteract with others well to maintain and grow co-worker, and clientrelationships. Strong attention to detail to maintain correct andaccurate information and able to troubleshoot errors and issues.Committed team player who listens well and who is not afraid to ask forhelp when needed. A self-motivated person with the ability to work withlittle supervision. Proficient computer knowledge using Microsoft Officesuite. Works well with others, trustworthy, honest, dependable and ispassionate about the outreach of The Family. Experience and Education:Media Copywriter experience preferred.
