  Your team responsibilities

  The Coverage finance team is responsible for supporting coverage business for operating metrics, . Our goal is to ensure the 'highest level quality' and the 'fastest time to market' in the industry for financial products. This is an exciting role that lies on the cusp of finance and coverage. The members of the Coverage Finance team work on operating metrics and expense management, where analysis is required to provide insight for decision making. The candidate must be detail-oriented and capable to perform multi-task assignments in a timely and independent fashion.

  Your key responsibilities

  • Develop and generate financial reports, both routine and ad-hoc.

  • To manage a P&L for a function and liase across various stakeholders across the functions

  • Track investment spend for the function across various stakeholders

  • Summarize conclusions from financial analysis on a pro-active basis and provide key takeaways to business units, corporate finance, and senior management.

  • Prepare business plans, including annual operating plans, periodic forecasts, strategic plans, and product introduction financial plans.

  • Create and translate operating plans and forecasts into financial plans and projections to ensure that the organization achieves its financial targets.

  • Provide timely explanations of variances between actual results and forecasts/budgets.

  • Assist in the preparation and explanation of the P&L to management.

  Your skills and experience that will help you excel

  • Strong finance experience in a professional business environment is ideal.

  • Prefer accounting/FPA experience gained in both the public and private sectors.

  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word & PowerPoint

  • Proficient in Expense Management. Revenue / Sales analytics will be an added advantage.

  • Demonstrated proficiency in providing accurate and detailed financial analysis in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

  • Good communication and presentation skills

  • Demonstrated internal customer service skill.

  • Proactive individual who should take initiative with an analytical bent of mind.

  • 2-3 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis.

  • Education background CA or MBA( finance)
