DESCRIPTION OF WORKSocial Services Case Aides within our Children and Youth Services Department are a vital part of the organization by assisting children and families. Some duties will include:
Transporting children and their families to medical visits, family visits, appointments, and much more including locations outside the County limits with the use of a County a vehicle.Activities of daily living.Providing supervision for visitations as needed as well as other duties as assigned.You will work cooperatively in a team environment with other Aides, Clerks, Caseworkers, and Supervisors in an attempt to provide the best possible outcomes for children and families across the County.
Work Schedule and Additional Information:
Full-time employment
Work hours are 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 30-minute lunch.
This position requires occasional nights and weekends as needed as well as overtime.
Depending on the needs of clients, non-traditional hours may be necessary.
