Job Description - Coordinator, Learning Operations
General Purpose of the JobThe Learning Operations (Clinical) Coordinator supports the logisticalexecution of DVU learning programs, experiences, and assets underWisdom's Learning Center of Excellence. The coordinator's responsibilitiesinclude moderating of virtual, instructor-led training sessions(technology setup and delivery), scheduling of sessions in Webex andLMS, roster management and overall logistics for various learningexperiences and programs. The coordinator also manages responses related totraining and curriculum support via the TMSS portal and administers other keyfunctions in the Learning Management System (LMS).
Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesExecutes and moderates virtual instructor-led training sessions.Support administrative data and processes for programs, including LMSentry, Webex creation, learner communications, enrollments, andassignments. Update master training calendars and materials as needed based onprogram scheduling. Reports findings of learning evaluations.Manages TMSS ticket queue and provides resolutions related to training orcurriculum issues.
Education and ExperienceBachelor's Degree or 4 years' equivalent relevant experience in lieu ofdegree (required)1+ years' experience in a planning, coordinating, or educationadministration role

Salary/ Wage Range$17.50-$30.00 / hour
Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including acandidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience and mayfall outside of the range shown.
