POSITION SUMMARY:
The Coordinator, In-Store Marketing supports the development and execution of seasonal in-store marketing rollouts. He/she will oversee the Master Store Profile to accurately assign, distribute and fulfill all in-store marketing programs including seasonal creative updates, signage libraries, and promotional initiatives. This position will support the Associate Manager, In-Store Marketing and work cross-functionally to support all Tommy Hilfiger stores in North America.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE JOB:
In-Store Marketing Initiatives & Seasonal Creative
Includes - POS creative, interior sign libraries, seasonal key item signage, and digital creative.
Supports the briefing of seasonal in-store creative by collecting key product and strategic program information from cross functional partners in order to build an effective in-store creative brief for the season.Updates seasonal program distribution lists and marketing specs based on the Master Store ProfileResponsible for managing the marketing request email box, organizing the requests coming from the stores, submitting them to the vendor and then shares tracking information with the stores once the request has been fulfilled.Tracks all marketing FedEx shipments to ensure on time delivery for all marketing materials.Conducts competitive & market reviews and tracks/maintains reference libraries.Promotional Cadence & Signage Libraries
Includes - Core Library, Window Magnetic Library & Generic Window Banners
Works with Planning team to ensure all planned seasonal promotions can be executed within our promotional Signage Library.Supports the Associate Manager, In-Store Marketing to develop new promotional signage as required, including digital promotion templates.Partners with the external print vendors to ensure that online signage library portals reflect the current marketing Signage Library for stores to order replacements.Partners with Planning team to create and distribute weekly promotional window direction to the field.Field Communication & Direction
Creates weekly directives to reflect any promotional changes to the window magnetics signs or interior direction.Supports the build out and release of all communication to the Field related to or including seasonal in-store marketing direction and/or store specific direction for execution and placement.Directs field communication of new promotional programs and custom signage for special events.Develops seasonal marketing collateral checklists for the field to use as a reference tool to check in all marketing materials that they receive.New Store Openings & Remodels
Facilitates in-store marketing orders for new store openings and existing store remodels.Communicates any in-store marketing needs to external vendors, and coordinates on time delivery.Publishes final in-store marketing needs checklist to Regional Visual Managers, District Managers and Project Managers. Follows-up with tracking reports and delivery confirmations.INTERNAL & EXTERNAL CONTACTS:

Responsible for entering estimates received by quarter for all marketing production into the budget/expense tracker
DECISION MAKING:
Responsible to make decisions regarding how to best deliver balanced & effective communication to the stores and field managers regarding store-specific signage execution and fulfillment needs.
RESOURCEFULNESS/CREATIVITY:
Manage and prioritize multiple tasks/projects with adherence to deadlines. Develop and implement procedures to improve operational efficiencies. Seeks to understand priorities as set forth with Brand & Business priorities as set forth in PVH+ multi-year strategic plan and Annual Operating Plan and uses those as bigger picture guidelines for ongoing recommendations and decision making.
ENVIRONMENT:
Responsible for working effectively in a fluid, fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and shifting priorities. Some travel required in US and Canada.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
Experience: At least 1 - 2 years retail marketing experience
Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
Skills:
Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and WordExperience in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically InDesign requiredStrong communication skills (both verbally and written)Must be highly organized, detail-oriented and accurateProfessional demeanor and proactive approachStrong interpersonal skills with focus on teamworkStrong analytical and problem-solving skills and ability to develop actionable recommendationsManage & prioritize multiple tasks/projects with adherence to deadlinesResponsibilities include working in a fluid environment with tight deadlines and changing prioritiesPay Range:
