Job Summary:
Capgemini is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Content Management System (CMS) Solution Architect to join our team. As a CMS Solution Architect, you will be responsible for consulting with clients to understand their requirements, analyze their existing systems, and propose innovative solutions that align with their business goals. The ideal candidate will have a solid technical background, superb communication skills, and a deep understanding of CMS platforms and architecture.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze clients' existing systems, infrastructure, and workflows to identify areas for improvement and optimization.Consult with clients to understand their business requirements, goals, and challenges related to content management.Collaborates with the clients to define the scope and objectives of the CMS solution, ensuring alignment with their business goals.Design and propose the right conceptual architecture for the CMS solution, considering factors such as scalability, performance, security, and usability.Provide expert guidance on selecting the appropriate CMS platform and related technologies based on clients' requirements and budget.Collaborate with development team to ensure the proposed architecture is implemented correctly and efficiently.Conduct regular reviews and assessments of the CMS solution's performance, identifying areas for enhancement and optimization.Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in CMS platforms, architecture, and similar technologies.Act as a domain expert, providing guidance and support to clients and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle.Collaborate with sales and business development teams to identify new opportunities and promotes development proposals and presentations.
Required Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.Demonstrable experience as a CMS Solution Architect or a similar role, with a consistent track record of successful CMS implementations.In-depth knowledge of CMS platforms such as Adobe, SDL, Tridion or similar systems.Solid understanding of CMS architecture, including content modeling, workflows, permissions, and integrations.Proficiency in web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP.Experience with database management systems, preferably MySQL or PostgreSQL.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to translate sophisticated requirements into practical solutions.Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to optimally collaborate with clients and internal team.Demonstrable ability to work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously.Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management frameworks.

Salary Transparency:

At Capgemini, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role. The base salary range for the tagged location is $135549 - $176139 / year.
This role may be eligible for other compensation including variable compensation, bonus, or commission. Full time regular employees are eligible for paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), and any other benefits to eligible employees.
