　　銀行・金融業界におけるシニアビジネスアナリスト、またはビジネスアナリストとして優れた業務理解力、コミュニケーション・スキル、ドキュメンテーション力を活かしたい方

　　環境への適応能力が高いこと。オンサイト（顧客先）とオフショア（主にインド）の混合チームにおいて、アイディアを詳細 化したり 協力して作業を行うことができる方

　　バイリンガル（日本語と英語）であること

　　業務経験：

　　銀行・金融業界向けの IT 業界経験、または金融業界における経験が 5 年以上

　　銀行・金融業界でのシステム上流工程（業務分析、要件定義）の経験 2 年以上、もしくは銀行業務オペレーションの業務経験 5 年以上

　　銀行の海外送金に係る法人決済業務の業務知識および経験があればなお可

　　大規模で複雑なプロジェクトにおいて多数・多様なステークホルダー間における調整の経験があればなお可

　　担当業務：

　　シニアビジネスアナリスト、またはビジネスアナリストとして、大規模なグローバル決済（ SWIFT ）の変革プロジェクトやその他の金融プロジェクトに関与いただく。

　　顧客（業務、 IT ユーザー）との業務分析と要件定義に関わっていただき、グローバル決済パッケージの導入に要件～設計～テスト支援の様々な段階で業務分析のコンサルティング作業を実施する。

　　インフォシスのグローバル決済エキスパートのサポートを受け、顧客の要件の文書化を支援する。

　　顧客とグローバル決済パッケージベンダーの間に立ち、各要件を基にしたソリューション決めを支援する。

　　インフォシスのオンサイトチーム（バイリンガル BA ／ PM チーム）およびオフショアチーム（グローバル決済パッケージのエキスパート）と協力してプロジェクトを実行する。
