Winning Consulting is looking for a Community Manager for a startup in the wellness industry. They have developed a powerful tool (an app and a digital platform) for wellness professionals (personal trainers, nutritionists, physiotherapists, fitness centers, etc.) to help them grow their business and focus on their passion.
Description of Responsibilities:
Definition of the Social Media strategy and its execution
Design and production of necessary content
Monitoring competitors and trends
Management of Ambassadors
Coordinate strategies with other involved areas (if applicable)
Focus on Engagement and growth of the online community
Dialogue with the community
Active listening
Be the visible face of the company to this community by sharing content in video format
Identify continuous improvements for daily management
Manage the compnay community, whether through social media or other channels that promote the benefits of belonging to the company

At least between 2-3 years of experience in Community Manager positions.
