Cross Functional Collaboration
Primary responsibility in role is to lead Internal Commercial Planning/Sales Strategy for the Gatorade Enhanced Water Portfolio Responsible for being the sales representation on commercialization of new items, helping build brand AOP, setting sales objectives, pricing, in-store big bets, and launch and expansion strategy across Omnichannel landscapeResponsible for business critical sales projects for Enhanced Water related to brand performance, channel strategy, pricing strategy (SROT), innovation performance, and supply chain initiatives Develops strong relationships within Gatorade business unit across all levels and functions; Marketing, Supply Chain, Sales Planning, Finance, Category Management, R&DWorks with cross-functional teams to support day-to-day business activitiesWorks with Category Management and Insights to communicate relevant customer and market insights that assist in identifying potential opportunities and risks for the businessPartners with Supply Chain on ad hoc product supply initiatives and customer needs
Sales Planning Support
Assists in the development of all innovation sell-stories, launch support plans, National Sales Meeting content, Quarterly playbook meeting content, Commercial Big Bets, periodic in-store priorities, and monthly field notesAssists in wiring with the Commercial Execution Team and Region Grocery Warehouse Sales Team to ensure BU strategic priorities are communicated, and customer teams have necessary tools to enable success of growing the business and achieving the BU priorities
Reporting
Establishes expectations/milestones to monitor performance across all IRI metrics and internal NR/VGP metrics for commercialization projectsManages National In-Store A&M budget for the Enhanced Water portfolio and ongoing periodic forecasting
Compensation and Benefits:
The expected compensation range for this position is between $98,700 - $165,150 based on a full-time schedule.Location, confirmed job-related skills and experience will be considered in setting actual starting salaryBonus based on performance and eligibility; target payout is 12% of annual salary paid out annually.Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.In addition to salary, PepsiCo offers a comprehensive benefits package to support our employees and their families, subject to elections and eligibility: Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability, Health and Dependent Care Reimbursement Accounts, Employee Assistance Program (EAP), Insurance (Accident, Group Legal, Life), Defined Contribution Retirement Plan.
Qualifications
Minimum BS degreeSales and Strategy or Commercialization experience in Consumer Packaged Goods industryPrevious experience leading cross functional initiatives/projects Strong communication skills both verbal and written, including presenting in-front of large groupsStrong ability to partner cross functionally on all aspects of the business Strong time management capability, with ability to flex as needed. Role will require managing multiple priorities along with multiple project meetings dailyExcellent leadership skills, including influencing, collaborating, motivating, and developing othersAdvanced in Excel, with the ability to consolidate and recap complex subsets of data Strong Skills Including: "Telling the Story", Powerpoint, IRI data to derive insights and create internal/external presentations Strong understanding of the Sales function and the needs of the field organizationPersistent individual who is proactive on the business and has a strong drive to deliver resultsIndividual who is comfortable working in a matrix organization, can tackle problems/opportunities head-on and is accountable for resultsAbility to demonstrate innovative thought and thinking outside the box
