About Commercial Operations Analyst

  Quanterix is a company that is digitizing biomarker analysis with the goal of advancing the science of precision health. The company's ultra-sensitive detection solution, Simoa, has the potential to change the way in which healthcare is provided today by giving researchers the ability to closely examine the role of biomarkers in the continuum of health to disease. Quanterix' technology is designed to enable much earlier disease detection, better prognosis and precise treatment methods to improve the quality of life and longevity of the population for generations to come. The technology is currently being used for research applications in several therapeutic areas, including oncology, neurology, cardiology, inflammation and infectious disease.

  We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Commercial Operations Analyst in Billerica, MA to join our Commercial team. We are looking for someone with a deep understanding of Salesforce, who can understand both our current setup and our business objectives, to quickly identify areas of improvement. The Commercial Operations Analyst should be comfortable with change management and governance, as well as communicating, prioritizing, and managing all aspects of a Commercial Operations/Salesforce project. The ideal candidate will be happy liaising with stakeholders at all levels, with the ability to translate technical information into layman's terms, clearly explaining design options and their potential impact. They will work directly with our IT team to ensure the design and execution of Salesforce meets the needs of the commercial organization, focusing on the full customer lifecycle within Salesforce, from lead to cash and beyond.

  What You'll Do:

  Create a platform roadmap and define priorities, liaising with stakeholders Identify and gather requirements, translating into best practice, scalable solutions with a focus on exceptional user experience Identify unused or underutilized platforms/features Data management to improve Commercial Operations/Salesforce data quality, implementing rules and automation as needed Data governance, compliance and integrityAll aspects of user and license management including new user setup/deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions, public groups, OWD, sharing rulesSalesforce configuration changes, including (but not limited to): Workflow, Process Builder, Flow, assignment rules, approval processes, fields, page layouts, record types, dynamic layouts, apps, actions, custom settings, mobile administration, dashboards, and reportsUnderstanding of basic triggers/Apex code knowledgeSandbox environment managementDevOps/release management experienceOwn the communication of any platform changes to end users and stakeholdersProactive system maintenance including Security Reviews, Release Updates, Health Check, and OptimizerUser support ticketsMonitor and improve user adoption/complianceNew user and ongoing user training Technical documentationManagement of integrated applications and third-party suppliers

  What We'll Expect From You:

  Bachelor's/Postgraduate degree, or professional qualification Strong Salesforce product/application knowledge and at least 5+ years of Salesforce Administration hands-on experience with (Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, CPQ, Service Cloud) Certified Salesforce Administrator Additional Salesforce certifications e.g., Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder highly preferredSF Analytics - TableauA proactive attitude to platform enhancementsDesigning scalable, best practice solutions Excellent relationship-building skillsAbility to liaise with stakeholders at all levelsTranslating requirements into technical solutionsExperience in change management and governanceTraining end users and key stakeholdersTechnical documentationAvailable and responsive to questionsExperience implementing Salesforce configuration changesDevOps/release management experienceDemonstrates continued personal/professional development
