　　About the Position:

　　The ideal candidate for this position will possess excellent customer service skills and serve as a technical resource to a large and growing commercial lines underwriting/brokerage team. Successful applicants will work with the in-house broker to request and review underwriting information for processing of endorsements, preparation of quotes and processing bind orders.

　　Key Responsibilities: Handle incoming calls from retail agents and carriers ensuring highest level of customer service standards are met, bringing calls to a satisfactory resolution Process endorsements, binders/invoices and other documents according to established departmental procedures with accuracy, efficiency, and meeting compliance standards Act as liaison between brokers or clients and the underwriter to obtain missing information, status of quote/bind, and/or other requests for information Determine premiums, as well as terms & conditions, for quotes and endorsements Other duties as assigned Qualifications: High School graduate required; College courses preferred Previous work experience in the fields of insurance, customer service, banking or similar, with a successful track record Positive attitude and enjoys helping others through frequent phone and email communication Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work well under pressure to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment High level of adaptability to meet the needs of various situations Strong organization skills, with a high level of detail orientation Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel and various rating portals #LI-ES1
