As a Commercial Contract Specialist, you are responsible for ensuring the successful support of commercial clients while understanding and balancing the financial risks to the organization. You have an in-depth understanding of contracts, proposals, agreements, requests for proposals, bid and invitation (RFX requests) and other legal and financial documents related to Spectrum Enterprise clients.
How you can make a difference:
Review financial aspects of multi-scale enterprise sales contracts, RFX request, service orders and other documents to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies.Conduct financial analysis on large scale contract details and report metrics to decide whether a contract will be beneficial for the organization or not.Partner with leadership to evaluate the financial impact of client requested sales contract language modifications, identify ways to mitigate financial risk.Drive the client experience by supporting commercial sales teams, interface with all levels of the organization and corporate legal.Utilize sales entry tools, such as Salesforce, to review and analyze sales opportunities.Perform additional duties as assigned.
What you bring to Spectrum Enterprise
Required qualifications:
Experience: Three or more years' experience with contract negotiations, contract drafting and review; Two or more years communications industry experience; Two or more years' experience working with property management/real estate.Education: Bachelor's degree in business or equivalent industry or contract experience.Skills: Knowledge of business contracts construction, reviewing and drafting.Abilities: Ability to interact proficiency with peers, clients, and other professionals; Ability to initiate and bring closure to negotiations; Ability to exercise accurate business judgement; Ability to communicate with all levels of company employees, vendors/service providers, customers and prospective customers.
Preferred qualifications:
Three or more years' experience with regulatory issues in telecommunications.
