Description:
Coating Operator III is responsible for safely operating the coating equipment and to ensure Coating Operation is completed in adherence to Standard Operating Procedures and maintaining 100% cGMP & compliance.
Essential Functions:
Must be able to A clean spray nozzle by dismantling, thorough cleaning to remove residual impurities and re-assemble. (Performed before changeover of different product or different color, not a daily routine operation) Must be able to Calibrate spray pump before starting new batch. Check Calibration status of all machine, and equipment. (Takes more time in Hauppauge Plant as there are seven Coating Pans 48 in One Room and 3 Pans 60 in other Rooms), ( In Brookhaven Plant, One Pan per Room) Responsible for proper data entry in all coating use log book Perform batch record completion 100 % accurate, online and provide to next department/ Q.A. audit on time. Must inform engineering on Dust Collector clean up to maintain required exhaust air pressure. Identification of Status by label of material and room during process, Checking of Batch before Start and entry in the coating room. Must check coating nozzles / Piping / Air pressure and temperature Recorder in/out before start of the batch. Must make sure compressed air filter located on the machine does not have any water Additional Responsibilities:

High School or GED General HS Curriculum - Preferred Experience:
5 years or more in With HS/GED Experience in Pharmaceuticals Manufacturing Experience 6 years or more in Less than HS/GED proven related experience in Pharmaceuticals Manufacturing environment. Skills:

Excellent Coating Equipment and Process knowledge The starting hourly rate for this position ranges from $23.00 to $31.00. Amneal ranges reflect the Companys good faith estimate of base salary that Amneal reasonably believes that it will pay for said position at the time of the posting.
