You will have the opportunity to work on projects such as coastal, estuary and other water ways restoration and resiliency projects, in addition to municipal infrastructure and other land-based improvements. This role will have an infrastructure focus, and you will play an integral part of the engineering design, evaluation, and implementation for a diverse portfolio of projects.Working with an energetic and hard-working team, this position offers a variety of work and will see you involved in:* Act as a technical team member on M&C projects including coastal, estuary and other water ways restoration and resiliency projects, along with municipal infrastructure* Keep up to date with technical qualifications and licenses.* Coordinate and work with cross-discipline teams on other market sector projects.* Grow and lead existing and new client relationships.* Support or lead construction team of resident engineers, inspectors, administration and sub-consultants on multiple projects of varying subject areas.* Support pursuit/proposal efforts, developing scope schedule budget* Maintain project requirements for safety, quality and efficiency and ensure them throughout the duration of the project* Maintaining open communication with project teams and M&C group members.* Proactively coach, train and empower project teams; handle oversight* Stay well advised and know the latest on M&C market trends, client spending, assets, resiliency and logistics* Assisting with coastal permitting and environmental documents, writing and data preparation for grant applications, collaborating closely with community, customers and industry.* Establish and maintain effective client relations to achieve active agreement, timely payment and additional work opportunities* Get involved!
