  Global Business Solutions (GBS) is where we provide solutions to businesses through our advertisement products such as TikTok for Business. By connecting businesses to our platform's audiences who are looking for the next interest, we provide full-funnel solutions.

  Client Solutions Managerのミッションは、ワンストップかつ効果的な提案活動を通して顧客の課題解決に貢献いたします。また、各ステークホルダーと連携しながら、事業の売り上げ拡大を目指し、プロダクトチームへフィードバックを提供しながら継続的な成長を促します。広告プロダクトや、予約型・運用型広告の運用に関する知識を活かし、専門性を活かしながらクライアントの課題解決を図ります。

  The mission of Client Solutions Manager is to contribute to the success of our clients through proposing effective and wholesome solutions. By collaborating with different stakeholders, the team aims to grow the business revenue and to lead sustainable growth of the business by providing necessary feedback to our product team. Using the knowledge of our own advertising product and the general knowledge of reservation/performance ads, the team solves the clients' problems with expertise.

  The responsibilities of CSM team are as follows:

  Client Solutions Manager -Entertainmentは、『TikTok』、『Pangle』等のプラットフォームがEntertainmentクライアントの重要なマーケティングツールとなるよう、広告戦略の企画提案サポート、運用コンサルティングをはじめ、クライアントがTikTok for Businessを最大活用いただくための活動を⼀貫して⾏います。具体的な業務としては、以下を想定しております。

  - クライアントのマーケティング課題やプロモーションを成功に導くためのソリューション提案を通した売上の促進

  - 広告プロダクトの機能や配信ロジックを熟知し、そのベストな活用方法をクライアントに訴求し、広告パフォーマンスを最大化

  - 顧客向けの定期定例、勉強会などプロダクト理解を深めるための活動

  - 運用方法のベストプラクティスを蓄積、発信し、重要機能の導入率を向上

  - 社内のステークホルダと連携しアカウントの運用レベルを上げて売上を向上

  - 広告プロダクトの機能やロジックに関する生の声をプロダクトサイドに適切にフィードバックし、プロダクトを強くする

  -長期的なビジネス目標/KPIを理解し、TikTok戦略を調整し、複雑なビジネス機会を交渉する。

  -測定パートナーと協力して、マーケティングの影響を測定し、測定ソリューションを採用するための学習アジェンダを作成する。

  Client Solutions Manager - Entertainment Industries will support the advertisers and the advertisement agencies related to Entertainment industries with their TikTok for Business advertisement strategies, provide consulting to ensure the effectiveness of their ads and increase client satisfaction. The specific responsibilities may include below (but not limited to):

  - Promote sales through solution proposals that lead to the success of clients' marketing challenges and promotions.

  - Familiarize clients with the functionality and delivery logic of advertising products, and advocate for their optimal utilization to maximize advertising performance.

  - Engage in activities such as regular meetings and workshops for customers to deepen their understanding of the product.

  - Accumulate and disseminate best practices for operational methods to improve the adoption rate of important features.

  - Collaborate with internal stakeholders to elevate the account management level and increase sales.

  - Provide constructive feedback to the product team regarding raw feedback on the functionality and logic of advertising products, to strengthen the product.

  - Understand long-term business objectives/KPIs to align TikTok strategy and negotiate complex business opportunities.

  - Collaborate with measurement partners to create learning agendas to help clients measure the impact of marketing and adopt measurement solutions.

  Qualifications

  Qualifications必須条件

  - マーケティングや広告に関する情報を日々キャッチアップし、自己学習に努めている方

  - ロジカルであり適切な問題解決能力を備えている方

  - 学習意欲が高く、環境の変化に柔軟に適応し、常に新しいことにチャレンジしようとする方

  - 高い交渉力と実績をお持ちの方

  - 周りと良好な関係性を構築することができる方

  - 四年制大学卒以上

  - 日本語流暢レベル以上

  -日常会話レベルの英語スキル

  歓迎条件

  - ビジネスレベルの英語力があれば尚良し

  - 電子書籍、VOD等に関するデジタルマーケティングのご経験

  -Performance広告の運用経験

  Must-Have's

  - 5 years of experience in advertisement sales, digital marketing, advertisement consulting or advertisement optimization from the following industries:

  - Digital platforms

  - Traditional agencies- with a focus on digital media

  - Digital advertisement agencies

  - In-house marketer

  - Able to communicate the value and the potential of our products, such as TikTok and TikTok for Business

  - Self-driven to continuously educate him/herself with the latest knowledge of marketing and advertisement

  - Logical-thinker, problem-solving skills

  - Able to adapt to changing environment and is driven to try new things

  - High negotiation skills and proven experience that demonstrates such skillset

  - Team-worker

  - Bachelor's Degree or equivalent

  - Fluency in Japanese

  Good-to-Have's

  - Business-level or above English

  - Digital marketing experience in Tech, Telecom and Auto industries
