Client Services Manager (Malvern, PA)
The Client Services Manager is responsible for overseeing and supporting the day-to-day operations of the Client Services team that provides operational/business process support to internal and external customers for ECG Solutions products and services.
Your role:Manage and support the Client Services team to ensure that operational goals are met successfully in line with all policies and procedures.Coach and develop supervisory staff, with a special focus on goal attainment, employee engagement, staff development, customer satisfaction, and identifying operational improvements while working collaboratively.Establishing productivity metrics and continuously monitoring performance to ensure team effectiveness, monitoring staffing, capacity, productivity, and performance levels.You will have the opportunity to develop and strengthen relationships with both internal and external colleagues and customers to support the business.You will work within the ECG Solutions Client Services department monitoring key performance indicators and ensuring the staff delivers a high level of customer services and quality in a team-oriented environment.This is a Hybrid position located in Malvern, PA that requires quarterly travel.You're the right fit if:
High School Diploma or General Educational Development (GED) (required); Bachelor's Degree is preferred.You've acquired 3+ years of experience as a people leader with direct reports; call center environment leadership is preferred.Your skills include working collaboratively with internal and external customers, computer proficiency, leading and developing teams while focusing on engagement.You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position .You're an energetic people leader, a team player, excellent communicator, thrive in a high-volume, fast passed environment, a good listener with a high level of patience, high level of accuracy, and the ability to identify problems.About Philips
