We have an excellent opportunity for a Client Service Associate to join our Service Delivery team, based in our Abbotsford Yarra Falls office. If you're looking for a job that challenges you and gives you opportunities to grow, you've found the right role.

Reporting to the Team Leader, the Client Service Associate role contributes to the management of client activity within the team, with the outcome being delivery of a high-quality service to clients and their employees in order to achieve/exceed business objectives and goals.
The Client Service Associate will work closely with the Leadership group and internal/external stakeholders to ensure all functions and activities of their client accounts are anticipated, actioned and when required, reviewed in order to meet strict deadlines.
These functions include responding to internal and external stakeholder enquiries, maintenance of the employee register, reporting, communications, processing sales, transfers, exercises, terminations, purchases and other corporate transactions.
Some of your key responsibilities will include:
Responding to enquiries from share plan participants, and maintaining the employee register, including static details and unit balance transactionsMaintain reporting, calendar of events, procedure documents, contact center information repository and personal skills matrixAccountable for meeting service levels through timely and efficient completion of work as requested by the Client Service ManagerMeet all internal benchmarks and client requirementsEnsure positive relationships are maintained with all internal and external stakeholdersProactively identifying and recommending ideas that contribute to the continuous improvement of the business

Ability to manage changing priorities, a great communicator and strong time management skillsA high level of attention to detailAbility to work both independently and within a teamHigh level of initiative, flexibility and problem-solving skillsStrong PC skills with a high level of familiarity with MS Office products - specifically ExcelKnowledge of Employee Share Plans and or financial services will be highly regardedTertiary qualifications in relevant field
