Our agency lending program provides customized custodial and third-party securities lending solutions. We manage all lending-related activities from pre-trade to post-trade..

  Key Responsibilities/Skills & Knowledge/ Qualification

  Report Execution and Delivery - Process the daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, annual and ad hoc reports. Process Agency Lending Client Activity - Generate reports, liaise and follow up with SF Operations, Client Onboarding, Data Control and other groups to confirm action has been taken. Communicate with CSS and Relationship Management. Audit Responses - Extract data and/or reports to meet audit request, compile and send to CSS or Relationship Management for review and delivery.Production Check Out for MYSS monthly releases - Conduct basic regression testing of the Agency Lending content area on MYSS during MYSS monthly release that occurs over weekends.Take responsibility for identifying any unusual or potentially suspicious transaction activity and must report and/or escalate in accordance with corporate policy and guidelines detailed in relevant operating procedures. Should have knowledge of Vendor platform like GTSS, Bloomberg, FXALL and MisysLead platform migration and implementation projects to help increase STP rateParticipate in the analysis of the strategic implications of issues or new products and processes to identify upstream and downstream impacts on internal teams and external clientsProvide oversight and assistance to Operations teamsCommunicate with multiple departments (Trading, Middle Office, Operations, Payments, Investigations, IT) to resolve any issues that arise and discrepancies on a time sensitive basis.Clearly communicate and elevate issues that impact business, or have an impact both monetary, reputational or risk related to management with immediate activation of review and tracking.Maintain MIS for monthly reporting to senior managementReview, maintain and/or implement controls when applicable to reduce riskResponsible for SLA adherence to your onshore service receiver.Develop and produce regularly management information including weekly executive status reports, monthly committee reports, action logs, as required to support business unit decision making

  Required Competencies

  Coding in Visual Basic Applications (VBA)

  Excel, PowerPoint, and Word ability is a must. Proficient with MS Access is preferred

  Certificate in Agile Methodology or Lean is helpful.
