CRITICAL SUCCESS FACTORS
The COO will be responsible for and evaluated regarding their success in thefollowing key areas:Demonstrates growth mindset, intellectual curiosity and a bias towardsimpactful action, by partnering with the National Advisory Leader and CBIZleadership to execute on the strategic growth plan of CBIZ AdvisoryServes as thought partner to National Advisory leader with respect to drivingoperational efficiencies across CBIZ AdvisoryImplements strategic initiatives to enhance cross-selling between the variousAdvisory services.Demonstrates deep working understanding of various advisory services anddevelops clear KPIs to drive increased efficiency and ensures operationalreporting is systematic, consistent, and scalable.Builds strong relationships with key constituencies, including Advisorypractice leaders while also demonstrating leadership to hold each Advisoryservice accountable and incentivized to drive efficiency.Services and operational lead on various technology initiativesEssential Functions and Primary Duties:Develop and execute the operational strategy for our advisory practice,aligning it with the company's overall goals and objectives.Lead and mentor a diverse team of operational professionals, fostering aculture of high performance, collaboration, and continuous improvement.Identify operational improvement opportunities and implement best practices toenhance efficiency, quality, and client satisfaction.Drive innovation initiatives, leveraging emerging technologies and industrytrends to enhance our service offerings and deliver cutting-edge solutions toclients.Collaborate with the executive team to define and implement theorganization's offshoring strategy, ensuring optimal utilization of aglobal workforce.Establish robust metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitoroperational performance, identify areas for improvement, and driveaccountabiliFoster strong client relationships, partnering with them to understand theiroperational challenges and develop customized solutions that deliver value.Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and emergingpractices related to operational improvements, innovation, and offshoring.Collaborate with internal stakeholders, i cluding senior leadership,sales, marketing, and finance, to align operational goals with overallbusiness objectives.Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, industry standards, andinternal policies throughout all operational processes.Preferred Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, ora related field. An MBA or advanced degree is a plus.Proven experience in a senior operations leadership role, preferably withina professional services or consulting environment.Demonstrated success in driving operational improvements, innovationinitiatives, and implementing offshoring strategies with a global workforce.Strong understanding of operational processes, including processoptimization, quality management, and project management methodologies.Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire, motivate, anddevelop high-performing teams.Strategic thinker with a track record of translating strategic goals intoactionable operational plans.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities,with a keen attention to detail.Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability tobuild strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with the ability toadapt to changing priorities.
