  Forcepoint is passionate and committed to investing and supporting our ever-growing channel partner community and is therefore looking to hire an Inside Channel Support Representative. This role is responsible for expanding and enabling our partners, to achieve corporate sales objectives while driving our channel strategy. You will work closely with the regional sales teams to align the channel business with Forcepoint's corporate objectives. We are looking for four Channel Support Representatives. You must be a fluent French speaker for this role.

  Essential Functions

  Support and manage the relationship between our channel partners and ForcepointCreate individual partner account plans that are executed regionallyDeliver a high-level sales pitch efficiently to further develop interest in our portfolio from existing partners.Create and execute a partner enablement plan.Account mapping and running pipeline generating initiatives & incentives.Acts as a liaison between your target partners and Forcepoint sales representatives & leadersEnsure partners meets the requirements of their tier in the Forcepoint Channel Partner ProgramDelivers Value Propositions and other key messaging to partner communityMeets or exceeds quota for strategic partnersLearns and maintains in-depth knowledge of Forcepoint products and technologies, competitive products and technologies and industry trends and share this knowledge with partnersReviews, monitors and reports on deal registrationsCommunicates product launches and promotionsExecutes marketing programs with the help of field marketing / salesServes as main point of contact for Forcepoint resourcesMaintains responsibility for overall relationship management in the mid-market SMB segment

  Essential Skills & Experience

  Previous experience building relationships with partners & distributorsExperience working for a technology vendor, reseller or distributor would be advantageousKnowledge of software sales or computer related productsKeen interest in technology & able to grasp technical conceptsStrong presentation, communication and time management skills is mandatoryAn enthusiastic, optimistic approach to all that you doAbility to help close business while achieving a high level of partner satisfactionHighly collaborative, able to work with all teams across ForcepointExperience selling to C-Suite is an advantageKeen for new experience, responsibility and accountabilityAble to work with others and be a team playerDemonstrable excellent communication skills
