Position Summary
The Channel Marketing Specialist will coordinate and support the channel strategy with select distribution partners to meet BU business goals and priorities across the Communications Solutions (CS) segment. A key focus will be coordinating the strategy between multiple business units under CS. This role will work with BU Product Marketing, Integrated Marketing, Sales, and Product Management to understand their objectives and identify and implement campaigns with distribution partners regionally. This role requires excellent communication skills, a tactful diplomatic and convincing approach, creative problem-solving skills and an ability to understand and respond to customer needs in a changing and challenging business environment.

Develop marketing plans for and with our channel partners for key growth initiatives and product launchesServe as a critical partner to BU Product Management, Product Marketing, Integrated Marketing and Sales to understand the key business drivers and levers to drive growth through the distribution channel.Collaborate with distribution partners to develop a strategy and vision with corresponding budget and resource plan that supports BU business priorities.Collaborate across business units to deliver an exceptional customer journey and experience for channel partnersSupport and maintain the Channel Marketing Playbook to for clear communication across the Business Units
What your background should look like:
Required: an undergraduate degree in marketing, business, or related field.5-7 years of integrated marketing experience in a B2B or technology company with a heavy focus on distribution.Strong business acumen, with experience in distribution channel, with the ability to use insights to shape communications and strategies.Exceptional written, verbal and presentation abilities.Experience in channel marketing programsAnalytical competency to gather insights from campaign results and distribution partners to build best practices.Strong inter-personal skills with proven track record of forging excellent relationships at multiple levels of an organization.Strong Project management skills including managing multiple, complex projects simultaneously.Familiarity with Salesforce.com and Eloqua a plus.

COMPENSATION
• Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $96,800 - $145,200 (subject to change dependent on physical location)
• Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. TE Connectivity reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the experience/qualification of the selected candidate as well as internal and external equity.
• Total Compensation = Base Salary + Incentive(s) + Benefits
