Description:
Safely and efficiently load and unload building materials from flat bed truck utilizing a piggyback forklift or better known as Moffett forklift
Complete drivers hours and gas mileage in booklet
Drive out to customers job sites or homes to drop of product and ask if they have questions around the product that is being dropped off
Understands weight, height, and length limits when pulling certain product
Perform daily pre-trip and post trip inspections of all equipment
Make sure all equipment is tied and strapped down properly to DOT standards
May need to take customer orders once on job site if something is wrong with material and or length on something
Skills & Qualifications:
Must have a valid DOT or willing to get one before starting
Clean driving record the last 3-4 years
Valid class A license but no other certs are required
Must be at least 21 years old
Read and write in English
Able to use a ipad to input order info for sales transactions
Schedule: M-F, day usually starts around 6-6am
Pay: Up to $72,800/year DOE
Location: Tacoma, WA
