Someone who can easily commute to New York City is preferred.WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW:Reports to the Senior Director, Service Delivery Support Services and is responsible for providing support in the collection and analysis of cardiac arrest survival data from participating states in the Cardiac Arrest Registry to Enhance Survival (CARES) program.Maintains complete and accurate program records. Conducts program outreach and research and ensures that data, mandatory operational and statistical reports are accurate. Serves as liaison between the American Red Cross and the Cardiac Arrest Registry and works with other groups and organizations participating in the program or seeking knowledge about the program.Performs all duties and responsibilities in compliance with policies and procedures.WHERE YOUR CAREER IS A FORCE FOR GOOD (Key Responsibilities):Recruit agencies and hospitals to participate in the CARES program.Provide training and programmatic support to participating agencies and hospitals.Solicit data from participating agencies and hospitals, assist with data analysis and ensure data accuracy.Work with external CARES staff to generate national and state level reporting and other data requests.Coordinate with CARES Program Specialists to ensure consistency and coverage of the overall Red Cross supported initiative.Share CARES program information in the form of manuals, data definitions, publications, when necessary.Conduct outreach and marketing and attend meetings (virtual, phone and in person, when necessary) to represent the CARES program and the Red Cross.Provide programmatic updates to all stakeholders on a regular basis.Perform additional duties as assigned.*Standard Schedule- 9:00am to 5:00pm EST -Monday - Friday,*Pay Information: The salary range for this position is $21.70-$30.00 an hourNote that the American Red Cross sets salary ranges aligned to a specific geographic location in which the work is performed.
