Job Description
As a Human Resources Business Partner, you'll be part of Intel's Business HR team. You will play a critical role in the support and development of the group's leadership and employee team. You will work in close partnership with the Canada HR team to support HR processes and projects including: talent attraction and development; compensation; diversity and inclusion.
As a Business HR Partner your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Assists with the development and administration of programs, procedures and guidelines to support Corporate HR and Business priorities.Identifies gaps in current people plan, people programs, and tools to develop critical skills.Administers HR policies procedures and programs in service of the HR team.Conducts data analysis for the business to support the implementation of human resource programs processes and services aligned to talent, performance and compensation, organization design, assessments and talent planning.Provides advice and counsel to managers and employees on all performance related issues, including identifying key talent, organizational planning, recognition and rewards, attendance/performance issues, performance improvement and terminations, employee relations issues, and corporate people movementMaintains productivity and leads the implementation of the holistic people plan (e.g., talent attraction and retention, talent management, leadership effectiveness, diversity and inclusion, culture).Partners with the account team to communicate Human Resources policies procedures and programs.Ensure effective communication and education of all HR programs and initiatives.Assist with administration of employee programs and sensing feedback initiativesBuild and leverage trusting relationships with HR Account Teams and COEs.Provides support to cross-functional projects as needed.

Highly responsive and collaborative with HR COEs and managers.
Qualifications
You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Human Resources, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Communication Management or a related field.2+ years of HR Business Partner experience, specifically in: HR solutions, guidelines and policies.
Preferred Qualifications:
2+ years of direct experience in the following:Employee relations.Organization Diagnosis and Design.Leadership Development and/or Coaching.HR basics: training and development, performance management, change management.

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in Canada:CAD 71,150.00-106,530.00
Salary range dependent on a number of factors including location and experience
Working Model
This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
