Job Summary
This Position Is Responsible To Design, Develop And Deliver Technical Solutions For Digital Communications To Key Project Milestones Through Specification, Testing And Implementation, Adhering To The Project Schedule And Project Delivery Methodology. Responsible For Working With Business Staff And Technical Staff Including Clinicians, Developers And Quality Assurance / Test Verification Teams. Based On The Project Needs Will Be Responsible For Overseeing/Coordinating Process Modeling Of Current And Future State Processes For Digital Communications; Acts As A Liaison With The Business Unit, It, Consultants And Management.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelors Degree
5 years business experience
Health insurance or healthcare industry experience
Clear, concise verbal/written/interpersonal communication skills to communicate with external customers and work across all levels within the organization to build relationships, conduct research, present status updates, etc.
