Job Description
IT Systems Analysis work focuses on designing information systems that are appropriate for users' needs and consistent with the overall design of the organization's information systems architecture including: Collecting and analyzing information from system users to formulate the scope and objectives of the system; Preparing flow charts, models, and procedures and conducting feasibility studies to design possible system solutions; Estimating the costs of system solutions and preparing project plans to provide input into decisions about prioritizing projects and allocating IT resources; Preparing and maintaining technical documentation to guide system users and to assist with the ongoing operation, maintenance, and development of the system; Leverages agile methodology to design and configure solutions; Works closely with business to develop required training, change management and operations process; Develop use cases, customer scenarios, and/or demos, and plan and coordinate testing of the newly developed or enhanced applications and provide support; Looks for opportunities to automate business process with technology, and may provide consultation to users in the area of automated systems.
Qualifications
Minimum qualifications are required to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Accounting, or a related field8+ years of experience as a Tech Lead, with ability to translate functional requirements into technical terms relevant to SAP leveraging BAPIs and other standard SAP tools8+ plus years of experience in Treasury & Risk management, Cash management, IHC, Payments, Bank communication and SAP solutionsStrong understanding of transactional process flow in SAPAbility to lead requirements and influence the design of repeatable and scalable processesProven track record of collaboration across multiple organizations, business partners and stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications:
Expertise in large scale business transformationHands-on SAP experience driving the design, development, testing and implementation of reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, forms and workflows in TRM, Cash Management, In-House Cash, Payments, BCM & APMStrong hands-on configuration experience in TRM, CM, IHC, BCM.Good understanding of SAP GL, Intercompany processes, Central Finance and Finance MasterExperience in TRM/CM integration with Banking platforms & Trading PortalsExposure to MBC & SWIFTExpertise in working with the project team to ensure smooth, efficient implementation and integration between technical and functional system requirementsProvides advice to customers regarding industry best practices and process methodologyAgile experienceS4 experienceProven success in fast-paced programs and/or projects. Fast LearnerWillingness to work in a diverse team environment and with others in cross-site organizationsWorking knowledge in the software engineering development lifecycle process

Working Model
This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
