　　Business Process Excellence Lead-Adonis

　　Location - Hyderabad #LI Hybrid

　　About the Role:

　　This is a Lead role within the Center of Excellence of BPE, responsible for driving value to Novartis through building and driving standards, method and culture across enterprise. Role would include crafting awareness through trainings, roadshows to enable BPE & other teams on this concept.

　　Key Responsibilities:

　　• Develop, improve the standards and method of Process mapping. Be the go-to person for BPE advice at project level for Adonis.

　　• Identify & incorporate the leading practices like BPMN in Novartis.

　　• Build process mapping capabilities in the business units through the BPE driven projects.

　　• Lead BPE associates and act as mentor of new / existing team members. Work along with IT teams on the deployments and improvements of process mapping tools.

　　• Guide teams in crafting end-to-end process mapping initiatives and to integrate the processes with each other.

　　• Hands-on experience in personalizing and customizing the process mapping tool to match the specific needs and preferences of the organization.

　　• Facilitate and drive the culture of continuous improvement using Process mapping techniques.

　　• Build value driven approaches (KPIs definition, business case calculations, value realization approaches) and Data topics (Big Data, Data Mapping, and Process Mapping).

　　Role Requirements

　　Essential Requirements

　　• University degree. Further education and experience in Senior manager level experience in a consulting organization. Minimum 12 years of proven experience leading significant business process, organizational change, operating model and/or process improvement consulting projects.

　　• Knowledge of Process Mapping tools (preferably Adonis or similar tools)

　　• Minimum 2 years on hands on experience in leading process mapping across large business enterprise. Must have worked in consulting teams in an equivalent internal consulting organization or a major consulting company.

　　• Experience of regulated environments, particularly the impact in the pharmaceutical industry. Experience in the area of capability development or learning is a distinct advantage. Proven experience of working successfully in a collaborative team environment across different culture, operating with and influencing others to achieve a common objective. Lead functional-technical discussions and deliver value-driven, business-oriented solutions

　　Desirable Requirements:

　　• Shared services, outsourcing, global sourcing, Lean & Six Sigma Certification (Black Belt). Project management, change management, agile.

　　• P&L management in a consulting business. Proficiency in Lean, quality management systems and operational excellence. Ability to lead a strong team with an inspired, curious, unbossed and self-aware approach.
