Leidos is seeking a Business Process Analyst to join our Defense Enclave Services (DES) team, who will support a portfolio level PMO in Reston, VA.
POSITION SUMMARY:
The Program Operations Analyst will work with the Business Operations team to drive success on a large-scale, multi-year IDIQ contract. Working across a multitude of Task Orders with varied scope, this role will help execute enterprise strategy across the portfolio. The ability to collect, analyze and interpret data will inform both operational and strategic decisions provided by our analyst team.
In this role, you will need to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, understand prioritization, have attention to detail, collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, and handle multiple simultaneous tasks.
CLEARANCE REQUIREMENT:
• Must have an active DoD Secret security clearance. (US Citizenship required)
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Performance risk management functions across multiple task orders, working with risk owners and Operation program execution to develop monetized risk mitigation strategies and approaches.
• Interpret Operational Data and KPIs to produce Sr. Level products and drive Portfolio Strategy.
• Evaluate data sources, but not limited to (Staffing, Subcontracts, CDRL Production, Travel, Business Development, Finance, Technology Adoption and Utilization, Training, Risk Management and Process Improvement). This analysis will be used to drive TO and Portfolio Strategy.
• Responsible for BCA, AoAs, Financial forecasts and burn rates working in conjunction with our finance team.
• Assist with preparing documentation and materials for staffing strategies and cost exploration at the Task Level and above.
• Validate and review work products from across the enterprise.
• Utilize SharePoint to drive PMO knowledge management strategy and practices across the enterprise.
• Attend key leader and functional engagements.
• Provide understanding of operational trends and forecasting.
• Coordinate amongst program stakeholders to drive mission results
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor's Degree and 8+ years experience supporting program, division, or operational level business management; additional years of experience may be used in lieu of degree.
• Knowledge of Program Execution policies and procedures.
• Experience in performing risk management.
• Experience effectively communicating at senior levels within a customer organization.
• Establishes milestones and ensures adherence to master plans and schedules, identifies, and manages risks and program problems and develops mitigations/solutions.
• Collaborates with the Senior Program Managers to ensure the customers expectation are met and/or exceeded.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
• Prior DoD experience.
• Knowledge of Leidos procurement process.

Pay Range:
Pay Range $78,000.00 - $141,000.00
