As our Business Process Analyst, you will serve as an advisor to many cross functional teams at Kimberly Clark to help ensure business is conducted in a manner that complies with all internal control requirements and Corporate Financial Instructions ("CFIs"). You will drive an effective controls and compliance environment, assist in making recommendations for control improvements and act as a change agent, leading strategic value-creating activities.
This is a support function within the Mobile Mill. This is a highly cross-functional role, building trust and interacting closely with key customers and process owners across the mill and Global Business Services. The key customer for the is role is the Finance Manager and Operations Leaders at the site. This role is responsible for taking complicated financial / business issues and resolving them by working with the Controller's Office, Supply Chain Accounting, Real Estate, IT, external and internal auditors, and other units within Global Business Services (GBS). Other potential interactions include insurance adjustors / forensic accountants (KC or external) and certain community interactions.
Key Role Responsibilities:
Be site subject matter expert on Corporate Financial Instructions (CFIs)Ensure site maintains compliance with all Internal ControlsCoordinate and facilitate engagement, deliverables, and reporting between audit teams (internal and external) as scheduledLead site support of Internal Controls team through assessing risk, management control testing, project management, documentation of testing, and training site team membersFacilitate and maintain Delegation of Authority records, ensure no Segregation of Duty issuesLead development and implementation of control improvements for the siteTake complicated financial issues (examples include property taxes, leases, insurance claims, etc) and drive resolution by working with the GBS teamsLead preparation and facilitation of internal and external financial auditsEnsure site compliance with proper Plant, Property, and Equipment accounting

JOB REQUIREMENTS
A successful candidate will have general business experience, analytical mind with problem-solving aptitude and is able to identify and analyze various risks to protect Kimberly Clark's financials and external reputation.Business exposure to any of these areas: general supply chain practices, external audit, risk management practices, SOX requirements, financial accounting and reporting, GAAP standards, or internal control principles. Proficient analytical skills using MS Excel is required. Experience with SAP/Integrated ERP Software is a plus.You must have great organizational skills to manage competing priorities and time demands, with an enthusiasm for projects and process development/improvement. You also have good oral, written, and presentation skills. Educational requirements include an bachelors degree or better, preferably in finance or accounting. Graduate degree or CPA preferred.
